Over her career, she has served in a variety of roles and focused on coaching, cultivating high performing teams, and developing her business acumen.  Jaclyn loves watching people grow in their careers and has had a front-row seat to many of her mentee’s development into Controllers, Directors, Senior Managers, and Leaders within various companies. The fundamental principle to all her conversations has been based on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), an area in which she obtained her Certification as well.

Building on her love of leadership, she obtained her Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator Certification. Leadership training participants have commented that Jaclyn “brought practices to reality by injecting real-world business scenarios into the classroom” and reflected they “can tell she truly cares about our development.”
